Please be aware you need to REGISTER for an AdvancedMD account if you have not logged in previously.

 

Click the blue REGISTER Button

 

Enter First Name, Last Name, and the email associated with your account and check the Terms and Conditions agreement.

 

Once registration is confirmed, you will receive an email with the subject line "Patient Portal Account Notification."

 

From here you can login to confirm and set-up your patient account to your preferences.

You will be able to access your medication and refills, make appointments with your providers, and pay any balance required.  

You will also have access to your account consent forms and other chart documentation according to your needs.
